The sensor employs an intelligent logic algorithm that prioritizes IR remote signals initially, then checks for both IR and motion.
Adjustable countdown timer can be set to 30/60/120 minutes for IR signal + motion and 60/120 minutes for IR sensing. If no IR signal or motion is detected within the set countdown timer period, the AV APS+ will power down the TV and other connected AV electronics peripherals.
LED notification that flashes when IR activity or motion is detected. Continuous red and blue dual-color flashing LED notification that activates 10 minutes prior to shutdown. Optional buzzer notification that alerts user at 10 minutes and 3 minutes before countdown timer expiration.
Supports high-level CEC commands via optional TAV-Link™ cable (sold separately) that allows “smart” TVs, gaming consoles and other devices to safely store their data and settings prior to powering down.

- Four times for 60 minutes (IR sensing only)
- Five times for 120 minutes (IR sensing only)

Yes, to disable the audible notification, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the red LED illuminates. Then press the button six times. The red LED will flash six times to confirm that the countdown timer buzzer has been disabled.
The multi-sensor operates a countdown timer of 60 or 120 minutes, during which it continuously monitors for IR signals.
If no IR signal is detected throughout the 60 or 120 minute countdown period, the switched outlets connected to the multi-sensor will switch off automatically.
