TrickleStar is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint in the energy efficiency and utility program space.
💡 About the Role
As a remote BDM, you’ll lead growth initiatives across the US — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales of TrickleStar’s innovative energy efficiency solutions. You’ll play a key role in researching and responding to RFPs/RFQs and positioning our products within utility programs nationwide.
📌 What You’ll Do
- Develop new business with utilities, program implementers & partners
- Research and respond to RFPs/RFQs; prepare winning proposals
- Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders
- Represent TrickleStar at industry events and conferences
- Drive product sales in the energy efficiency sector
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or sales within energy efficiency/utility programs
- Strong background in RFP/RFQ research & submissions
- Experience in energy efficiency product sales (a big plus)
- Established network of utility/program contacts preferred
- Self-starter, remote-ready, excellent communicator
